Hi, I’m Celia
Hi, I’m Celia, the founder of Neuro Edge.
I work with women who live under chronic self-pressure, self-criticism, and the feeling that they always have to do more or do better.
What brought me to this work was not only training, but also my own long relationship with feeling different, struggling quietly, and trying to understand why some things felt much harder than they seemed to be for other people.
For a long time, I felt confused by parts of myself that did not seem to fit. I found it hard to stay focused on tasks that felt dull or meaningless. I often fell into heavy procrastination. I was also very sensitive to criticism, which made me cautious and tense in ways that were not always visible from the outside.
Over time, I began to understand that these were not simply personal flaws. They were part of a larger pattern, and that understanding changed the way I saw myself. It opened the door to a different kind of self-understanding — one based less on blame, and more on clarity.
That journey is part of why I do this work now.
I also understand ADHD from another angle: as a partner. Living closely with ADHD-related patterns in a relationship has deepened my understanding of how these struggles show up not only in work and planning, but also in communication, emotional pressure, misunderstanding, and everyday life. It has made my perspective more practical, more relational, and more compassionate.
My work is shaped by both formal training and lived experience.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Communication. I trained as an ADHD coach through iACT Center, and I am also a member of ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization).
But beyond credentials, what matters most to me is this:
I do not see people as problems to fix. I see coaching as a thoughtful and structured partnership. A space where you can understand your patterns more clearly, question the rules that have been shaping you, and build a way forward that does not depend on constant self-blame.
My role is not to push you harder. It is to help you see more clearly, understand yourself more honestly, and move forward in a way that feels more workable and less punishing.
