I offer structured 1:1 coaching programs for women who are carrying more internal pressure than most people can see.

Some come because they are tired of living under chronic self-criticism and high standards.
Some come because ADHD-related patterns, overwhelm, inconsistency, or executive functioning struggles are affecting their daily life and work.

In both cases, the goal is not simply to “perform better.”

The goal is to understand what is happening more clearly, loosen the patterns that make life heavier, and build a more workable way forward.

    A one-off 90-minute coaching session for women who feel stuck in a specific situation and want focused, thoughtful support.

    6-session 1:1 coaching program

    For women who are tired of being driven by high standards, self-blame, and the feeling that their value depends on outcomes.

    This program helps you understand the pattern, loosen its grip, and build a different way of working with yourself.

  • Executive Function Coaching for ADHD Entrepreneurs

    1:1 coaching program

    For women building something of their own while struggling with planning, follow-through, overwhelm, inconsistency, or the mental load of holding too many moving parts.

    This program focuses on executive functioning, ADHD-related patterns, and building ways of working that are realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
