  • Advice usually tells you what to do.

    Coaching is different.

The focus is less on giving you ready-made answers, and more on helping you understand your patterns, question the assumptions shaping them, and find a response that is more workable and sustainable for you.

  • No.

    This is coaching, not therapy.

Coaching can help you understand patterns, expand perspective, and build new ways of responding. But it is not a substitute for diagnosis, clinical treatment, or mental health care.

If you need clinical support, therapy or medical care would be more appropriate.

  • No.

My work is informed by ADHD-related patterns and neurodiversity, but it is not limited to people with a formal diagnosis.

Many clients come because they feel stuck in cycles of pressure, perfectionism, inconsistency, or self-criticism — whether or not they identify as ADHD.

  • I offer 1:1 coaching for women who live under chronic self-pressure, self-criticism, and the feeling that they always need to do more or do better.

You can work with me through single sessions or structured coaching programs, depending on the kind of support you need.

Some of my work also focuses on ADHD-related patterns and executive functioning, especially for women who are navigating complexity in their work or building something of their own.

  • Pricing depends on the type of support.

For example, a structured 6-session coaching program is currently €480.

If you would like to understand what might fit your situation before deciding, the Discovery Call is the best place to ask.

  • A free 30-minute Discovery Call is usually the best place to begin.

It gives us a chance to briefly talk about what you are dealing with, what kind of support you are looking for, and which option — if any — might fit your situation.

You do not need to have everything figured out before booking.

  • The Discovery Call is a short introductory conversation.

    It is a space to:

    • briefly talk about what brings you here

    • ask practical questions

    • see whether working together would make sense

It is not a coaching session.

  • We usually begin with something real and current — a situation, pattern, or internal struggle that feels difficult, repeated, or unresolved.

From there, we look more closely at what is happening, not only in your actions, but also in your thoughts, expectations, and self-talk.

The goal is not to give quick advice, but to help you understand what is going on more clearly and find a way forward that fits your real life.

  • Coaching does not offer fixed or guaranteed outcomes, as the process depends on your situation, your pace, and what you choose to work on.

That said, many people experience changes such as:

    • a clearer understanding of patterns that previously felt confusing or frustrating

    • less reliance on self-pressure, self-criticism, or urgency to get things done

    • an increased ability to start, continue, or return to tasks with less internal resistance

    • a shift from “something is wrong with me” to a more workable and less self-blaming perspective

    • more realistic and sustainable ways of approaching work and everyday life

The goal is not to become perfect or consistently productive, but to build a way of moving forward that feels more manageable, honest, and less punishing.

  • Yes.

You are welcome to reach out between sessions if something comes up.

For more complex topics, we usually explore them in the next session where there is more time and space.

  • I offer coaching in English and Chinese.

You are welcome to choose the language that feels most natural to you.
