Coaching for women navigating self-pressure, high standards, and ADHD-related patterns
I help women who are tired of living under constant pressure, self-criticism, and the feeling that they always need to do more or do better.
You may not look stuck from the outside
Many of the women who come to me are thoughtful, capable, and serious about building a good life.
But inside, things may feel heavier than they look.
You may know what it is like to:
delay starting because the outcome matters too much
do a lot, but still feel it is not enough
treat effort as meaningless unless there is a clear result
rely on pressure, comparison, or self-criticism to keep going
stay functional on the outside while feeling more tired inside
For some people, ADHD-related patterns are part of the picture.
For others, the issue feels more like chronic self-pressure, perfectionism, inconsistency, or emotional exhaustion.
Either way, the problem is often deeper than motivation or time management alone.
What my work is, and isn’t
My job is not about pushing you harder, giving you more pressure, or helping you become “better” through stricter self-management.
It is about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, loosening the rules that make everything heavier, and building a way forward that is more honest, sustainable, and less self-punishing.
That may include questions like:
Why does it feel so hard to begin when something matters?
Why does effort stop counting unless there is a visible result?
Why does “not enough” return so quickly, even after progress?
What changes when action no longer has to come from fear, shame, or pressure?
How I work
I see coaching as a thoughtful and structured partnership.
My role is not to fix you, judge you, or force you into a better version of yourself.
My role is to help you understand what is happening more clearly, question the assumptions shaping your reactions, and build a more workable way of moving through life.
This work is reflective, practical, and grounded in real situations — not abstract advice, and not pressure disguised as motivation.
Ways to work together
-

Single Clarity Session
A one-off 90-minute coaching session
For women who feel stuck in a specific situation and want focused, thoughtful support.
This is a good fit if you want to talk through one issue, understand what is happening more clearly, and leave with a more workable next step — without committing to a full program yet.
-

From Self-Pressure to Self-Cooperation
6-session 1:1 coaching program
A 6-session 1:1 coaching program for women who are tired of being driven by high standards, self-criticism, and the feeling that their value depends on results.
This program helps you understand the pattern, loosen its grip, and build a more honest and sustainable way of moving through life. -

From Ideas to Follow-Through
8-session 1:1 Executive function coaching program
A coaching program for ADHD entrepreneurs who are full of ideas but struggle with planning, follow-through, consistency, and the mental load of running something on their own.
This work focuses on executive functioning, real-life systems, and building ways of working that are supportive, realistic, and sustainable.
This work tends to be useful if you...
hold yourself to very high standards
often link your value to results
feel stuck around starting, continuing, or finishing
rely on pressure or self-criticism to function
feel that the issue is deeper than productivity or discipline
want a more sustainable way of moving forward
It may NOT be the right fit if you...
only want productivity tips or efficiency tools
want strong external accountability
are looking for therapy or clinical mental health support
want a quick fix without reflection
Not sure yet? A free 30-minute Discovery Call
can help us figure out what fits best.
If this work feels relevant, the best place to start is a free 30-minute Discovery Call.
This is a short first conversation where we can talk about what brings you here, whether one of my programs fits your needs, and any practical questions you may have.
It is not a coaching session.
It is simply a way to see whether we are a good fit.
